Matthew P. Miller

Matthew Miller joined the firm as a Summer Associate in 2006 while attending law school at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.  He clerked throughout his tenure at Loyola.  After graduating from Loyola, Matt attended New York University School of Law where he received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation.

Matt rejoined the firm as an associate in May 2009.  His current practice involves representation in the areas of Taxation, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Estate Planning.
