John C. Enochs
John Enochs was born in Columbia, South Carolina in 1966. In 1990, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky where he was also Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Alpha Theta, and Pi Sigma Alpha. In 1993, John graduated cum laude from Tulane University School of Law where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal.
John is a trial lawyer with more than twelve years experience. His litigation practice has included; commercial litigation, international law, Mexican law, the Convention on the International Sale of Goods, admiralty and maritime actions, toxic tort, products liability, complex exposure claims, personal injury and casualty claims, insurance defense, and premises liability. He has litigated cases in both state and federal courts, including the courts of Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida, Alabama, Texas, and Massachusetts.
John is admitted to practice in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. He is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar Association, the Texas State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. John served as a board member, offices, and advisory board member of Grace House of Louisiana, Inc., a non-profit agency, for over ten years, and has worked with various other non-profit agencies in Mississippi and Louisiana. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas, and the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits.
