Jason J. Alley

Jason Alley joined the firm as a Summer Associate in 2005 while attending law school at Loyola of New Orleans. He remained with the firm as a law clerk throughout his tenure at Loyola. Upon graduation, Jason attended the Fredrick G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida where he received his Masters in Taxation (LL.M.)

While at the University of Florida, Jason worked as a research assistant for Professor Steven Willis. His research duties included assistance in compiling educational materials in the field of tax law for incoming Masters of Taxation students.

Jason rejoined the firm as an associate in May of 2008. His current practice involves representation in the areas of Taxation, Mergers and Acquisitions and Estate Planning.
