Charles B. Mayer

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Charles Mayer received his Bachelor of Arts Degree cum laude from Washington & Lee University in 1966. After graduation he attended Tulane University where he earned his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1969. Charles served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Department from 1969-1973.

Charles served as an editor of the Tulane University Law Review from 1968-1969. While at Tulane he was also elected a member of Phi Delta Phi. 

Charles is currently a member of the New Orleans, Louisiana State and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana. With more than 30 years of legal experience, Charles’ extensive law practice and impressive track record have made him an expert in corporate law, financial and transactions law, probate law and estate planning.
