In addition, our attorneys specializing in transactional matters have extensive experience in employee benefits issues associated with business formation as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Additionally, attorneys in both the transactional and litigation areas are active in counselling employers with regard to such operational issues such as drafting, analyzing and implementing employee policies, procedures and employee benefit plans; employee hiring and termination; drafting and negotiating employee agreements, including executive compensation agreements; and, drafting, negotiating and enforcing non-competition and non-disclosure agreements across state lines. We have also developed policies and training to prevent employee claims and protect employer interests.
The attorneys in the litigation section have conducted internal investigations into employee complaints and have experience representing employers in regulatory, compliance and administrative matters before federal, state and local agencies.
