Our representation has ranged from entity formation to litigation. In the litigation area, we have also facilitated expert testimony for professionals.

ACCOUNTANTS

Some of our attorneys are also Certified Public Accountants. With this background, we are well suited to assist other CPAs in such matters as forensic audits and accounting.

ATTORNEYS/LAW FIRMS

Ourattorneys have advised other attorneys, insurance companies, courts, and clients of the professionalism and ethics required by the attorney-client relationship. We have drafted hiring guidelines and helped sort out conflicts and roles, including the appropriate roles of in-house counsel.

MEDICAL CARE PROVIDERS

Finally, our attorneys have a significant amount of experience working with physicians. The firm routinely provides advice and representation to physicians, dentists, chiropractors, and other licensed professionals in the medical field. Our work has been with individual physicians as well as physician groups, particularly those who are board-certified emergency room doctors. This includes agreements between business partners to establish practices, acquisition and sale of practices, employment agreements, tax planning, compliance, Medicare/Medicaid issues and HIPPA.
