The Firm utilizes state-of-the-art computer hardware and software to provide clients with fast and efficient communication capabilities, case management services, as well as innovative trial presentations. Through our JURIS accounting and time management software, we conduct conflicts checks immediately upon consulting with clients regarding new matters. Detailed client invoices in a variety of formats can be customized to clients' particular needs, as well as the capability to transmit electronically.

Our attorneys and paralegals are highly trained in the efficient use of internet browsers, legal research software such as Westlaw and Lexis, database management, and have the capability to access on-line services through the Secretary of State, Mortgage Office and Conveyance Office and Pacer. Software packages such as Estate Val give our Tax and Probate attorneys and paralegals the ability to acquire values on securities, while the Estate Practice Systems software is designed for the preparation of Federal Estate Tax Returns. Other software packages such as Juris enable us to manage voluminous case documents and facts, create searchable databases, and calendaring systems.

With an emphasis on the importance of communication in today's business climate, each of the attorneys at Baldwin Haspel Burke & Mayer carries a pager and/or mobile phone and many use PDAs which permit them to receive and send e-mails from anywhere in the United States. Our goal is to be available whenever and wherever our clients need us. Also, our Administrative Staff is available to answer any questions clients may have regarding accounts payable, accounts receivable or general client accounting questions.
