Jedd Malish's experience includes litigation related to personal injuries, major disasters, ship collisions, sinkings, oilfield and environmental matters. He is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, The Maritime Law Association, The Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute and the Mariners Club of the Port of New Orleans. He has been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
