Dave Carrigee is a member in the firm and practices in the areas of maritime, insurance defense, offshore litigation and toxic torts. His maritime practice includes the representation of oil and gas producers and their contractors, and the owners and operators of offshore supply vessels, tugs and tows, defending them against personal injury and property damage claims, as well as prosecuting claims on their behalf for property damage and loss of revenues.
Dave also represents the downstream side of oil companies, defending their refinery interests against personal injury, property damage and toxic exposure litigation, including class actions.
