Dan Wellons primarily litigates maritime and energy related disputes involving personal injury and property damage, commercial disputes, toxic torts, and labor and employment cases. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal courts in the State of Louisiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Dan has extensive litigation experience in the State and Federal Courts of Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas. Through litigation, mediation or arbitration, Dan has worked for over twenty years assisting clients minimize or eliminate their exposure to substantial damage claims. Several of his jury trials have resulted in verdicts absolving the client of any liability for damages.

In addition to spending time with his wife and three children, he enjoys riding motorcycles.
